About This

  • Two massage heads: One side of the fascia pen is a small round head, and the other side is a small scraper. This design makes it impossible to produce with sheet metal like ordinary gua sha boards or fascia scraper, nor can it be made with bar stock like regular acupuncture pens. When manufacturing the fascia pen, powder metallurgy is first used to create the approximate shape, followed by CNC mirror polishing, which makes its cost much higher than ordinary fascia scraper, gua sha boards, or acupuncture pens. However, the benefit is its powerful functionality, combining the features of an acupuncture pen and a fascia scraper.
  • Promotes Wellness: This fascia pen can help relieve muscle pain, Soreness and tension, break soft tissue adhesion and fascia limitation, Promote blood circulation, Stimulate regional red blood cell renewal,And enhance skin elasticity and tightness by applying pressure on parts, Scraping muscles and scraping massage. Whether you have neck pain, shoulder pain, hand tenosynovitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, plantar fasciitis, or Achilles tendinitis, you can use it for pressing and scraping.
  • Ergonomic Designed, Non-slip-Grip Stably: Cool shape design like a pen. The ridges on the fascia pen tool help keep a good grip. Protect your fingers and wrist from injuries while performing effective massage. Moreover, its design allows for effortless force application, enabling pressure to penetrate deep into the fascial layers. The small round tip is incredibly precise—finer than fingers—capable of detecting nodules and adhesions that fingers can't sense, then separating them effectively.

Overview

  • Using only the small round head around the eye area, do not use the small scraper there. For the rest of the face, you can use either the small round head or the small scraper.
  • Relax the muscles at the occipital base with a small round-head using press-and-release. Scrape and relax the cervical erector spinae and trapezius muscles with a small scraper.
  • For tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), relaxation should not only focus on the lateral epicondyle of the humerus but also include the back of the hand and the extensor muscles of the forearm.
  • For knee relaxation, first use the small round tip of NHO fascia pen to press the adhesions in the surrounding ligaments and tendons, holding each point for 10 seconds and repeating 2-3 times. Then, with the center of the knee joint as the origin, use the scraper edge to scrape radially around it.
  • Use the NHO pen's scraper edge from heel to forefoot, working on nodules briefly. Then switch to the round tip for targeted point pressure on tender areas to release tension.
