About This
- Two Pens, Twice the EfficiencyGet two high-quality fascia pens in one value-packed set. Ideal for couples or multitaskers, use one on the face and the other on the body—or keep one at home and one in your travel bag. Dual pens allow for quicker, more streamlined sessions, especially when addressing multiple areas like the head, neck, feet, or back.
- Dual-Ended Design, Premium CraftsmanshipEach pen features a small round head for targeted pressure and a scraper head for smooth gliding. Made through advanced powder metallurgy and CNC polishing, these tools offer a superior feel and durability compared to typical gua sha tools or massage pens—all at an exceptional value in a two-pack.
- Support Relief & Daily WellnessAddress everyday muscle tightness and discomfort with two pens ready for use. The tools are designed to aid in stimulating circulation, renewing skin vitality, and supporting tissue elasticity through personalized pressure and massage.
- Ergonomic & Travel-Friendly with CaseDesigned like a pen with a non-slip grip, each tool fits comfortably in hand, helps minimize wrist fatigue, and enables controlled pressure with ease. The set includes two elegant storage cases, making them perfect for home use, on-the-go routines, or presenting to family and friends.
Overview
- Using only the small round head around the eye area, do not use the small scraper there. For the rest of the face, you can use either the small round head or the small scraper.
- Relax the muscles at the occipital base with a small round-head using press-and-release. Scrape and relax the cervical erector spinae and trapezius muscles with a small scraper.
- For tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), relaxation should not only focus on the lateral epicondyle of the humerus but also include the back of the hand and the extensor muscles of the forearm.
- For knee relaxation, first use the small round tip of NHO fascia pen to press the adhesions in the surrounding ligaments and tendons, holding each point for 10 seconds and repeating 2-3 times. Then, with the center of the knee joint as the origin, use the scraper edge to scrape radially around it.
- Use the NHO pen's scraper edge from heel to forefoot, working on nodules briefly. Then switch to the round tip for targeted point pressure on tender areas to release tension.
- As a new brand, we are small but our dreams are big. We specialize in massage products designed for fatigue recovery, with one simple goal: to help you recover FASTER and perform BETTER.
